He continued, “If you had to do predictive analysis, you would find that in certain counties in Arizona and Texas, residents are participating in roundups and assisting federal officers in some way. authorized or delegated.”
He added, “Federal officials can't do this alone. I just can't believe that could happen. They're going to need states, local governments, counties. And first… The focus is on the sheriffs and counties in these two states.”
