Tucker Carlson Unveils New Book Imprint

Tucker Carlson, co-founder of the Daily Caller, introduced a new book imprint with Skyhorse Publishing on Monday. The goal of this imprint is to push against the constraints typically found in traditional media, according to a report from The Wall Street Journal.

Named Tucker Carlson Books, the imprint went live on the Tucker Carlson Network, with an advertisement prominently featured for Russell Brand’s book, “How to Become a Christian in 7 Days.” Carlson highlighted this launch on X, stating, “That’s the message this country needs most right now.”

In his announcement, Carlson expressed, “This is the first release from our new publisher. We founded Tucker Carlson Books to circumvent censorship and provide content that’s genuinely worth reading and sharing. We’re kicking off with a focus on what’s most important: Russell Brand’s message of forgiveness and joy through Jesus.”

He also mentioned that many people don’t read books nowadays due to distractions from other media, but he believes those who do still hold significant sway in discussions about policy and ideas.

The imprint will also feature notable titles like “Ex-Gay” by Milo Yiannopoulos and “Killing Cancer” by Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong. Skyhorse’s Tony Lyons noted that the imprint aims to provide a platform for voices often silenced or overlooked. Brando, Yiannopoulos, and Soon-Shiong have all appeared on Carlson’s program.

Carlson mentioned that Lyons is open to publishing any book that offers intrinsic value, asking questions like, “Is it well argued? Does it present relevant facts?” He’s in search of books that others might shy away from publishing.
