Turning Point USA Faith Launches “Crowding Heaven” Tour in California
Riverside, California – On Wednesday, Turning Point USA Faith commenced its “Crowding Heaven” tour in California, featuring various Christian influencers and speakers, including Erica Kirk, who encouraged attendees to embrace “faith and bold obedience to Jesus.”
Bela Rocha, an Anaheim Hills resident, shared her thoughts, saying, “It’s really crucial to be here because I believe the entire world needs Jesus at this moment.” She emphasized the significance of inviting Jesus into people’s lives, describing Him as “the way, the truth, and the life.”
The gathering took place at Harvest Riverside Church in the Los Angeles area, attracting a diverse audience united in faith. One local expressed a desire to connect with those who might not share the same beliefs, stating, “It’s more important that I’m here for others, not just for myself.”
A number of attendees voiced their concerns about the controversial educational policies affecting children. A Temecula native named Brooklyn articulated her worries about the agendas introduced in schools, saying, “What troubles me the most is what they’re teaching young kids in elementary, middle, and high school. Jesus is central to my life, which is why I came today.”
The event featured several speakers, including Christian influencer Bryce Crawford, pastors Greg Rory and Lucas Miles, along with podcast hosts Angela Hariri and Ariel Reitma from “Girls Gone Bible.”
Erica Kirk, who has been open about her faith and activism since the tragic passing of her husband Charlie Kirk, reminded attendees of their mission: “Your role is to lead people to Jesus Christ in their lives.” She passionately asserted that the “fire of the Holy Spirit” should extend beyond church walls, urging the audience to spread a “wildfire of revival” across the nation. “Bring people to Jesus and make heaven buzz,” she urged.
There are already 28 events planned across the U.S. for the “Filling Heaven” Tour, with 8 specific dates confirmed.
Maddie, another attendee from Anaheim Hills, reflected on the current divides in society, stating, “This event is crucial for uniting the younger generation and illustrating what Jesus embodies. There’s a lot of separation in our generation, and God’s light needs to shine more in these situations, especially with the darkness we see around us.”
