Two brothers of Venezuelan illegal aliens who attacked and killed Riley, a 22-year-old Georgia nursing student, are deported along with their former roommates after entering a guilty plea saying they own a fraudulent green card, according to federal authorities.

His brother, Diego Ibarra, 29, was arrested after providing a fake green card to a police officer investigating the February 2024 murder, according to the Justice Department.
A news statement from the department explained that the agent discovered a fake Social Security card in the apartment where Diego and Jose were living with Jose Ibarra in the apartment of 25-year-old Arzeniz Ibarra, and roommate Rosberi Flores Bello, 29.
Additionally, the brothers admitted to the police that they had fraudulent green cards they own.
Diego Ibarra pleaded guilty to two charges of possessing fraudulent documents in July and was sentenced to four years in federal prison on Wednesday. After serving his term, the department said it will be handed over to Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) for deportation.
In December, Argenis and Flores-Bello pleaded guilty to one count possessing fraudulent documents, and were each sentenced Wednesday.
The news release said they will soon be handed over to the ice for deportation. However, these deportation measures are not explained in detail in the announcement.
