The recent ongoing resolution spending bill has been highly praised by President Donald Trump, but not all Republicans line up.
Representative Thomas Massey (R-KY.) faced more government spending.

“We're at a crossroads right now,” commented Gonzalez. “They need to decide what they should do to fund the program they are currently in. These include mass deportation, ice crackdowns, Doge passing through all these agencies and eradicating waste, fraud and corruption.”
“We were just spending our money, such as Monopoly Money, funding drug shows in Peru, and at least you know what would happen if the money went to North Carolinians who don't have a home due to a hurricane? I'm fine with that,” she continues.
Trump faces opposition from Massey, but nothing compared to opposition from Democrats waving hypocrisy like a flag.
“Democrats always sent it anywhere else except this country when it was your toy money they were playing with. They were saying, 'You can never shut down the government, that's the worst thing ever,'” Gonzalez says before playing clips of Democrats like Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters and AOC who claim that government shutdowns will end horribly for Americans.
“That was their position when they were literally doing nothing for the American people. “They were against it. They didn't keep you safe through all of their policies.”
“We're deporting criminals and eliminating waste. We're actually making things right again in this country,” she says.
