The illegal aliens are accused of sexually assaulting a young girl in Montgomery County, Texas, just north of Houston.
David Ray Santoyo Penalanda and Gary Morales Allacon, both illegal aliens, were arrested by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and charged with second-degree felony sexual assault of a child.
Police say Santoyo Penalanda confessed last month that she would sexually assault a 14-year-old girl during an investigation by a special local victim unit. He was arrested and charged after physical evidence linked Santoyo Penalanda to a crime.
The victim then told police of another man who had sexually assaulted her that she had identified him as Morales Aracon. A warrant was then issued against Morales-Alarcon and was charged as well.
Officials from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that both men are illegal US aliens and that the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) agency has filed detention parties against both parties and seeking custody rights if released from prison at any time.
Santoyo Penalanda and Morales Aracon are both in police custody and each faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
