Tyler Glasnow, the starting pitcher for the Dodgers, and his wife Meghan shared the news of their first pregnancy on Instagram.
Meghan revealed her pregnancy with a simple caption: “I’m full.”
The final photo in their post features them in front of a Buddha statue, with Meghan lovingly cradling her baby bump while Tyler gently supports it from below.
Despite the personal nature of the announcement, their posts quickly gathered a plethora of congratulatory comments from fans.
This joyful news comes just six months after the couple exchanged vows during the Dodgers’ offseason.
It’s interesting how they first crossed paths in 2021 when Tyler was with the Rays. He spotted Meghan in the stands and famously tossed over a baseball with his phone number scribbled on it.
Soon after, their relationship blossomed. Tyler’s trade to the Dodgers happened three years later, and it seems like they’ve been enjoying life since then.
Returning to his hometown as a pitcher for the Dodgers turned out to be a dream come true for Tyler, who has played a pivotal role in their consecutive World Series victories.
This season, the Dodgers are aiming to make history by being the first team to capture the treble.
Meanwhile, Glasnow has had a solid season, starting seven games with an impressive 3-0 record and a 2.72 ERA, although he was recently placed on the injured list due to lower back spasms.
