Tyler Hero’s Surprising Live Stream Comments

During a recent live stream, Miami Heat star Tyler Hero made some unexpected statements that caught viewers off guard.

While appearing on Twitch with popular streamer Adin Ross, he was asked whether he believed that Basketball Hall of Famer Wilt Chamberlain would rank among the top five players in today’s NBA. Hero admitted that he didn’t really know how Chamberlain played and revealed he thought Chamberlain scored 100 points in a single game.

The conversation quickly veered off topic. “Do you think history is real?” Hero asked. Ross nodded in agreement, responding, “Yes.” But Hero then retorted, “No, I don’t believe in history. No, I’m dead—” which left viewers puzzled.

Ross seemed taken aback and asked if Hero didn’t believe historical events from 200 years ago were valid. Hero clarified, “No, no.” He further claimed, “I don’t believe anything that happened before 1950,” questioning how historians could accurately assert that Christopher Columbus had landed in the Bahamas and later in Cuba.

It’s tough to gauge whether Hero was being serious or just joking around, as he seemed a bit uncomfortable during the discussion.

By the way, Tyler Hero is 25 and grew up in Milwaukee, attending Whitnall High School in Greenfield before moving on to the University of Kentucky.
