Dolphins star wide receiver Tyreek Hill and Keeta Vaccaro just got married in November, but after less than three months of marriage, the couple has announced they are divorcing. According to court records.
The motion to dissolve the childless marriage was filed Monday by Hill's attorney in Broward County Court.
Hill and Vaccaro, 29, were married in Texas on Nov. 8, one week after the Dolphins game ended. The pair had been engaged since July 2021.
In a bizarre turn of events, Hill denied reports of divorce filings regarding X.
“Going on Twitter and looking at the BS,” he wrote with a laughing emoji.
“No, we didn't do that, so please don't make a big deal about it!!!” We are happily married and we want it to stay that way.” He added in a subsequent post:.
Hill also shared a photo of the two on her Instagram Story early Tuesday, and Vaccaro reshared the post to her feed.
Hill's attorney told the Sun Sentinel. When reached by phone, the dealership said it had no comment.
Hill spoke to reporters shortly after the ceremony about the November wedding.
“I was spending a lot of time with my kids and I was spending a lot of time with her, so the story just happened to come up,” Hill told reporters after the wedding. “I was like, 'Baby, we've been engaged for a long time, are you ready to get married?'” It kind of caught her off guard. She didn't believe me because we had been engaged since 2021. I was like, “Okay, let's do it.” She was like, “Show me that you're real.” And we did it.
There was a smile on Hill's face shortly after the wedding, but things quickly turned rocky when the NFL star was hit with two paternity lawsuits just over a month after the wedding, the Daily Mail reported. .
Brittany Lackner, 30, and Kimberly Baker, 29, accused Hill of not providing adequate support for the children they allegedly conceived together.
The lawsuit seeks more than the $2,500 in child support he already pays.
And earlier this month, a house in Hill, Fla., caught fire after investigators found a child playing with a lighter in the home's bedroom.
The fire left a large hole in the roof and it took first responders 45 minutes to extinguish the two-alarm blaze.
Hill was not present at the time of the fire, but several members of his family were home at the time.
