Tyrese Haliburton may not be an All-Star this year, but he seems to be enjoying his time off quite nicely.
Currently, the injured Pacers player is soaking up some sun in Mexico with his fiancée, Jade Jones. She shared vacation snapshots on Tuesday, and it looks like he’s not too bothered by not being on the court for a week.
The couple was spotted lounging on a daybed, sporting minimal swimsuits. It seems like they’ve found the perfect getaway from the usual hustle.
Jones, meanwhile, has been enjoying a refreshing drink or two while they relax.
In her post, she referred to Haliburton as her “baby on island time,” adding a playful touch to their vacation vibe.
Interestingly, just a day later, Jones posted what looked like a Valentine’s Day gift from him, hinting at a sweet moment between them during their trip to Puerto Vallarta.
As a side note, the NBA has been on break since February 12th, so Haliburton’s timing could not have been better.
Recovering from a torn Achilles tendon sustained during last year’s NBA Finals, Haliburton missed the whole 2025-26 season. Nevertheless, he remained actively involved with the Pacers, even cheering from the sidelines earlier this year.
Earlier this month, he mentioned being in “very good shape” during rehab, able to participate in some light 3-on-3 and 4-on-4 games. However, he’s not expected to return to play until the 2026-2027 season.
Progress is being made, he noted. “We’re slowly getting there,” he shared, reflecting a cautious optimism.
