Saturday night’s UFC Fight Night in Mexico City produced more than just a knockout inside the Octagon.

Video captured a huge brawl in the stands, with one UFC fan being coldly knocked out during a scuffle with other spectators.

It is unclear what started the fight, but several fans began throwing punches, trapping everyone in Arena CDMX.

One of the fighters on the stand let his guard down as the fight seemed to be coming to an end, but a left hook from his “opponent” hit him in the cheek and sent him flying to the ground.

Juan eventually got back on his feet, but he was reeling when the fight began to stop.

During the fight, no security personnel appear to intervene or attempt to stop the brawl. UFC President Dana White commented on the situation.

“The crazy thing about that fight was [is]”When that fight broke out, it felt like it lasted forever,” White said after the event. No one stopped it. I was waiting for the security guard to come. The guards left them alone until the situation was over. That’s one of the craziest things I’ve ever seen. ”

White feels it doesn’t look bad for his brand that the fight is over.

“I don’t think it’s a bad look for the UFC. It happened and that was it. After everyone else saw it, I don’t think anyone would have thought to try it again. No security or anything. “No, it was just a fight.” “It lasted until the end of the fight. I’ve never seen anyone like that in my life. It’s crazy.”

At the event itself, Mexicans Brandon Moreno and Yair Rodriguez were part of the co-main event organized by White.

Rodriguez was unable to win the fight against Brian Ortega, submitting him in the third round. Rodriguez previously defeated Ortega by technical knockout, but this time Ortega got his revenge.
