According to Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Ukrainian officials will reach a ceasefire agreement with the United States for 30 days, and try to force Russia to accept the contract.
Rubio made an announcement from Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, where he met with officials to launch the deal. Russia was not part of those negotiations.

“I think Ukraine has taken a concrete step in that regard today. I hope that the Russians will return and go.” I said Rubio. “Our hope is that the Russians say yes and they will agree. So the shooting will halt. The killing will halt. Death will halt, and consultations can begin on how to end this war forever.
The US temporarily halted military aid and stopped sharing intelligence news with Ukraine, but they recover after the transaction.
Ukrainian President Voldimia Zelenki went to the White House in hopes of signing a mineral contract with President Donald Trump later last month, but the meeting exploded with screams and ended with the Ukrainian president leaving without an agreement.
He apologised and thanked the United States for what Vice President JD Vance had been demanding since.
