Marvin Mims Jr., Denver Broncos

I, for one, missed out on the chance to utilize Mims earlier in the year, so I won’t be making that mistake again. As reported, he had a notable presence during the preseason opener against the 49ers.

Rashod Bateman, Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens’ offense was quite potent last season, and Bateman contributed significantly to that success. After struggling through injuries in previous years, he had a breakout year in 2024, catching 45 passes for 756 yards and helping Baltimore achieve a 12-5 record.
Bateman proved himself to be among the best explosive wide receivers, averaging 16.8 yards per reception, ranking third in the league. He showcased his skills as an elite route runner, evidenced by his high ranking in metrics measuring receiver effectiveness. He finished as WR40 in PPR formats, with an average of 10.3 fantasy points per game.
With a three-year contract extension secured this offseason, he is set to be one of Lamar Jackson’s preferred targets. As the Ravens aim for a Super Bowl run, Bateman’s impact and consistency make him an attractive option, despite the competition from players like Zay Flowers and DeAndre Hopkins.
Eric Ayomer, Tennessee Titans
Looking for a wide receiver with the potential to become a standout fantasy player? Consider Eric Ayomer. He was drafted in the fourth round after two impressive years at Stanford, where he racked up 1,844 yards, 125 receptions, and 12 touchdowns.
If you recall, he gained attention during a thrilling comeback game against Colorado in 2023, where he showcased his skills with 13 catches for 294 yards. He impressed with a 4.44 in the 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine, and his blend of size and speed definitely caught the Titans’ eye.

Jalen Nailor, Minnesota Vikings
Nailor proved reliable as a WR3 during the Vikings’ successful 14-3 season last year. He notched 28 targets, totaling 414 yards and six touchdowns. With linebacker Brian Asamoah II now absent from training camp, he and running back Ty Chandler remain as the only players from Minnesota’s 2022 draft class still on the roster three years later.
This fourth-year wideout is stepping into a larger role, particularly with Jordan Addison being suspended for the opening games of the regular season.
