All 36 unrivaled players, including two wild cards yet to be determined, were divided into six pods, with each pod consisting of either a guard, wing, or big. six head coaches in the league worked together Select one player from each pod for each club with the aim of creating a balanced roster. Pairings of WNBA stars to watch
The roster was assembled to create an evenly matched team. In the process, several pairs of current and former WNBA teammates will be reunited.
On record, the Dream's Ryne Howard and Jordan Canada will continue to play together, as will Sparks standouts Ray Burrell and Dearika Hamby.
Veteran guard Kelsey Plumb will be joined by fellow Ace newcomer Kate Martin in the race, while Lynx stars Kayla McBride and Courtney Williams will once again share the court as teammates.
