USC star Juju Watkins had to be carried off the court after a violent fall after appearing to have lost his leg while moving in the opposite direction with the ball.
The Trojans rose more than 10 with less than five minutes remaining in the first quarter when Watkins fell, quickly grabbed their right knee in the team's second round of March Madness against Mississippi State on Monday night.

The worried teammate rushed to her side to see how she was doing as Watkins suffered from pain.
Members of the Trojan training staff quickly attended her and eventually carried her from the court to the USC locker room.
The team announced that Watkins is being praised and that they will not return to the game.
