UT San Antonio Student Recites Offensive Poem Praising Charlie Kirk Assassination, Makes Threats to TPUSA Event Speaker

During a Turning Point USA event at the University of Texas at San Antonio, a student took to the microphone, shared a poem that gleefully referenced the assassination of Charlie Kirk, and praised the speaker for his bravery in not wearing neck protection.

“I took a Plan B and I’m an immigrant — feeling kinda guilty, so I wanted to read a poem that I actually wrote,” the student explained before reciting a macabre poem about the “Kirkaversary,” a term used on social media to mark the anniversary of Charlie Kirk’s assassination.

“Twas the night before the Kirkaversary, and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse. The flags were hung proudly, the memes, all on deck, as we solemnly remembered, a shot to the neck,” she said with enthusiasm.

She spoke directly to Christian Collins, who is the president and founder of the Texas Youth Summit. He participated in the “Pick Up the Mic” initiative by Turning Point USA, which seeks to honor Kirk’s legacy through various interactive campus events.

“The podcast fell silent, the hot takes grew weary, for tomorrow, dear friends, is the great Kirkaversary,” the student continued, drawing cheers from her peers.

She then addressed the audience, saying, “So, I’ll see everyone at the Squirt for Kirk. We’re hosting that.”

Turning back to Collins, she remarked, “You’re brave for being out here, you know? No protection, no nothing. No, like, neck brace.”

Her performance quickly gained attention online, with social media users identifying her as Isa Casahuga.

“She’s sick in the head,” commented actor Dean Cain.

“I don’t want to share a country with these evil freaks,” the conservative account Libs of TikTok remarked, labeling the left a “death cult” and emphasizing the importance of voting.

Another user expressed concern, saying, “This is not a small group of people on the left anymore but a large, dominant faction without whom democrats can’t win elections,” suggesting that dialogue was no longer possible as they don’t genuinely seek to change minds.

“The fact that other students cheered for her after she finished her poem about an assassination is sickening,” noted Riley Gaines.

Another online user posed a thought-provoking question: “How do we live peacefully with one another when about half of the left publicly celebrates and cheers for violent murder?”

“Tyler Robinson needs to be publicly executed,” someone declared regarding the suspected assassin of Kirk, arguing that leftist support for violence stems from a belief that actions come without consequences.

Some social media commentators speculated about the student’s citizenship status, suggesting that she and perhaps her parents may not be American citizens.

“If she is not a US citizen she can enjoy her free flight home,” remarked Jack Posobiec.
