Utah judge, fire chief defendant — both accused of child sex crimes — allegedly discussed pedo fantasies, had sex

Both were charged with a heinous child sex crime, and a Utah judge and fire chief were allegedly swapping pedophile fantasies and engaged in sexual relations. Nevertheless, the judge still presided over the hearing with the fire chief as defendant.

The obvious scandal began in November and received hints that the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children was uploading child sexual abuse material to messaging app Kik. A leading investigation has arrested 54-year-old Ned Brady Hansen, the fire chief in Tremonton, Utah, in January.

“The defendant had a wealth of chats with this user, which was graphically sexual and involved in discussions of sexually abusive children.”

According to Court documentsHansen admitted that he owned the KIK account in question and kept the abusive videos on his mobile phone. “The defendant said he has a pornographic addiction and has developed (girls) preferences over the past few years,” court documents said.

Hansen was then charged with eight first-degree felony counts of worsening sexual exploitation of minors. He then appeared in the courtroom of Judge Kevin Christensen, 64, of Box Elder County.

Due to the obvious threat Hansen poses to the community, prosecutors demanded that he be held without bail. However, Judge Christensen denied the request and Hansen It has been released.

Upon further investigation, FBI agents found that fire chief Hansen and Judge Christensen were already closely linked. According to the affidavit, the two men began chatting with Kik about their child and gender fantasies, explaining in detail how they abuse minors, including their families.

“defendant [Hansen] I was engaged in other chats with certain other internet users [Christensen]. The defendant had a wide range of chats with this user, which was graphically sexual and involved in the discussion of a child who was sexually abusive,” the affidavit said. ABC4.com.

Furthermore, it is said that Hansen and Christensen met in person for a sexual encounter, but it is unclear when the encounter took place and whether the suspected relationship continued for a long time.

“Christensen did not disclose that he was engaged in a sexually charged chat with Defendant Hansen about a child. Law enforcement believes this fact had a substantial impact on Christensen's decision-making when Hansen was released,” court documents said.

last week, Judge Christensen After being charged with multiple felony related to child sexual abuse, including seduction of minors, handling material that is harmful to minors, and attempting to sexually exploit minors, he found himself on the wrong side of the law.

In November, Christensen is said to have engaged in “graphic sexual chat” with an individual whom she believed was a 13-year-old girl. He also allegedly sent an explicit video to individuals.

Christensen was then placed on administrative leave. “The Supreme Court judge placed Judge Christensen on administrative leave unpaid while the investigation and court process continues,” a statement from the Utah Courthouse said.
