Utah restaurant owner says Tyler Robinson visited after the Charlie Kirk incident -- shares what the suspected shooter requested.

Tyler Robinson reportedly dined at a restaurant just hours after the alleged assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk in September, enjoying a steak dinner, as mentioned by a business owner in Utah.

This steakhouse, located in Panguitch—about three hours south of where Kirk was fatally shot on the campus of Orem University—had Robinson sitting alone at the counter, quietly finishing his meal. The owner, who spoke anonymously, shared that his server noted Robinson was somewhat reserved as he ate.

“Typically, people at the counter like to engage in conversation, but he seemed to prefer staying quiet, focused on his meal,” the owner conveyed.

Interestingly, shortly after Robinson’s visit, the FBI released an image of the suspect. The staff instantly recognized him and reached out to the authorities.

“Once they put out that photo, I told the server I was fairly confident that guy had been there the night before,” he recounted, explaining that this information was passed on to the FBI.

The restaurant owner, along with two servers, were questioned by federal agents, but due to technical issues, they couldn’t provide customer names or camera footage from that night.

Only the last four digits of the payment card used for the meal were shared with the FBI, as reported.

“That’s the last update I got,” he remarked, uncertain if the information was beneficial to the ongoing investigation or if the FBI confirmed that Robinson was indeed the customer.

“The FBI did all they could, and the staff just wanted to do the right thing. They really don’t want to be troubled by this case,” he added.

Charlie Kirk, who was 31 and a father of two, was shot on September 10 while addressing a large audience as part of his American comeback tour at Utah Valley University.

Following an extensive inquiry, Robinson was arrested two days later and now faces seven felony charges, which include aggravated murder and discharging a firearm resulting in serious injury, among others.

Currently, Robinson is in jail awaiting trial and could face execution by firing squad if found guilty. It’s noteworthy that Utah is one of the few states that maintains the death penalty.
