Valerie Bertinelli is celebrating two years of 'freedom' after her divorce from Tom Vitale.

The Food Network alum, 64, shared a hopeful message with fans on social media Friday, saying life “will always get better” in the end.

“And I did! Today marks two years since I was free. For two years, I worked through my doubts about myself and did my best to get to the other side,” Bertinelli wrote in 2022. He mentioned his ill-fated marriage to Vitale, which took place in November 2017.

Bertinelli said she has spent the past two years working on herself, “facing demons and trauma from the past” in order to become her “most authentic” self.
