Vance Reacts to Disturbing Footage of Stabbing Victim Being Taken into Custody

Vice President Vance Responds to Henry Nowak’s Murder

Vice President J.D. Vance publicly criticized the murder of 18-year-old Henry Nowak, a British college student, who was fatally stabbed by 23-year-old Vickram Digwa. In a social media post, Vance expressed his outrage.

Vance wrote, “Henry Nowak died just as civilizations perished. Abandoned, handcuffed and accused of a hate crime he did not commit, by authorities who neither trusted nor cared for him.” He referenced body camera footage related to the incident, highlighting that Digwa had accused Nowak of racial abuse, which prompted a police response. Tragically, Nowak was handcuffed and arrested by officers before he passed away that evening.

The Vice President described Nowak’s murder as both tragic and completely unacceptable. He remarked that it’s impossible not to wonder if Nowak would still be alive today if previous generations of European leaders had resisted the growing influence of self-hatred and unchecked immigration. There’s a sense that attitudes toward the West have, in some cases, been deeply negative.

Vance continued, saying, “Henry was not the first person to lose his life needlessly, and I fear he will not be the last. Every time a life like his is lost, the appropriate response, the only response, is righteous outrage.” He emphasized that defending national sovereignty and limiting mass immigration are critical responsibilities of leadership, stating that anything less is merely an excuse.

He concluded with a personal reflection, expressing love for their civilization, country, and future generations. “No one should die the way Henry Nowak did,” he wrote. “May God comfort those who loved him, and may God rest his soul.”

The incident surrounding Nowak’s murder and subsequent arrest has led to significant public outcry and protests throughout Britain.

Digwa has been sentenced to life in prison with a minimum of 21 years for Nowak’s murder and for possessing a weapon. Additionally, Digwa’s mother, Kiran Kaur, was found guilty of aiding her son in concealing the murder weapon. Notably, Digwa used a kirpan, a traditional dagger carried by some Sikhs, to fatally injure Nowak, who was unarmed at the time.
