There’s some exciting news about Vanessa Hudgens and her husband, Cole Tucker.
On Saturday, Hudgens shared that the couple is looking forward to welcoming their second child. They welcomed their first child back in July 2024.
In her Instagram post, the 36-year-old actress, known for “High School Musical,” excitedly announced, “Round 2!!!” alongside a series of maternity photos.
The couple, both dressed in matching white outfits, posed outdoors. One of the pictures captured Tucker playfully pointing to Hudgens’ baby bump, while another showed them holding hands and sharing a laugh.
Friends quickly chimed in with their congratulations. Aly Michalka, a fellow Disney Channel star, exclaimed, “OMG!!!!! Plated,” while Corey Cott, known for his role in Broadway’s Gigi, added, “Congratulations v!”
A few days prior to the announcement, Hudgens sweetly celebrated Tucker on social media for his birthday, saying, “Happy birthday to your best friend/lovers/partner of life.” She expressed, “@cotuck you mean everything to me!” Tucker responded, simply, “Thank you ❤️, you’re the best mom.”
The couple first met during a Zoom meditation group in 2020, and by the following year, Tucker was sharing his feelings about Hudgens in an MLB interview, saying, “I have a girlfriend and she’s amazing, I love her.”
Despite their growing fame, Tucker expressed a desire not to be defined solely by his relationship. “I want to treat you normally,” he stated, acknowledging the public interest but also wanting to keep things personal.
Months later, Hudgens reflected on their relationship, saying, “He’s perfect for me,” and emphasizing the importance of gratitude in their lives. The couple tied the knot in Tulum, Mexico, back in 2023, a day Hudgens described as whimsical and magical.
The joyous couple welcomed their first baby last July. Shortly after, Hudgens addressed privacy concerns surrounding the media’s intrusion during such a special time for their family, stating, “We are disappointed that family privacy has been disrespected.”
However, she assured her followers that “mom, dad, and baby are happy and healthy.” Recently, the couple also enjoyed a date night at the Beverly Hills Vanity Fair Oscar Party, where they were spotted sharing affectionate moments.
