‘Veep’ Star Julia Louis-Dreyfus Plans to Be ‘Extra-Involved’ in Kamala Harris Campaign

Hollywood star Julia Louis-Dreyfus – played Vice President and future President Selina Meyer in HBO’s “The 1990s.” Veep — says he plans to be “particularly involved” in Kamala Harris’ campaign in the months leading up to the presidential election.

Louis-Dreyfus also hinted at the possibility of attending this month’s Democratic National Convention. “I’ll probably be there,” she said. Said British Sunday Times.

During the interview, the Emmy-winning star called Republican vice presidential nominee J.D. Vance a “fucking moron” and avoided specific comments about Kamala’s political record — suffice it to say, there was no mention of the catastrophe at the southern border.

Louis-Dreyfus is clearly a supporter of Kamala, telling media that she plans to be “particularly involved” in the Harris campaign, and reportedly recorded a promotional video calling for people to get out the vote shortly after the interview.

Asked if she would attend the Democratic National Convention in Chicago this month, she hesitated but ultimately said, “I’ll probably attend.”

Louis-Dreyfus also spoke out about J.D. Vance. Times A reporter’s leading question about childless women who love cats.

“I thought, ‘Poor idiots. These people are hopeless. There’s nothing they can do,'” she told media.

Louis-Dreyfus campaigned vigorously for Joe Biden in 2020, but like many politically active Hollywood stars, she was conspicuously silent about Biden in his second election.

With Biden out of the running, celebrities are going all out on Kamala, trying to turn the unpopular vice president into a more presidential figure through social media pitches and flashy fundraisers.

A host of Hollywood comedians are set to hold a virtual fundraiser for Kamala on Monday, including Ben Stiller, Patton Oswalt, Kathy Griffin and Rosie O’Donnell, Breitbart News reported.

The event follows the highly embarrassing “White Dudes for Harris,” which featured a host of big names, including Jeff Bridges, Mark Hamill and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and raised more than $4 million.
