Trump Critiques Springsteen
President Donald Trump, who has openly expressed his disregard for Bruce Springsteen, took to Truth Social on Friday to share his thoughts.
In his post, Trump didn’t hold back his criticism of the musician. “I believe that Bruce Springsteen is highly overrated. He goes overseas to disparage the US president. He doesn’t like him, and frankly, he doesn’t like his own music or his extreme left politics. And let’s be honest, he’s not that talented,” Trump stated.
He further criticized Joe Biden, calling him a “crooked” and “mentally incompetent fool,” and mentioned a “forceful and unpleasant jerk” who supports what he considers the worst presidency that has nearly destroyed the nation.
Trump added, “Without my election, everything would have been lost!”
Continuing his rant against Springsteen, Trump remarked, “Sleepy Joe has no idea what he’s doing, and by the way, Springsteen is as clueless as a rock.”
He then described Springsteen’s appearance, saying, “This dry ‘pruning’—his skin is all withered—makes it so he should keep quiet until he gets back to the countryside. It’s just typical.”
Trump’s comments followed Springsteen’s remarks during a concert in Manchester on Wednesday, where the musician criticized the current administration.
Springsteen expressed his love for America, saying, “It has been a beacon of hope and freedom for 250 years, but now it is in the hands of a corrupt and incompetent regime.”
He urged fans to stand up and make their voices heard against authoritarianism.
The 75-year-old rock icon is presently touring with his “Land of Hopes and Dreams” show.
