A video released by TMZ purports to show the teens arguing about 12 minutes before the shooting at the Kansas City Chiefs parade on Wednesday.
TMZ report“There are some important characters to focus on: a teenager in red can be seen angrily tossing his bag while arguing with someone who can’t see clearly. , there’s also another teenager, dressed all in black and with a satchel-like bag hanging next to him, as he walks towards the action.”

He added: “These two individuals in particular were recorded walking away from the shooting immediately afterward, and are seen in the footage we obtained, and it appears that the young man in black appears to have been shot.”

Breitbart News reported that Jackson County Family Court has two juveniles in custody, both charged in connection with Wednesday’s shooting.
It is unclear whether either of the boys who were detained are seen in the video released by TMZ.
