Daylight Robbery at San Jose Jewelry Store

In a shocking incident captured on surveillance, a group of hooded individuals, armed with hammers, executed a bold robbery at Glove’s jewelry store in broad daylight. This took place last week in San Jose, where a car was seen pulling up to the store entrance, allowing at least a dozen suspects to enter.

San Jose police have confirmed they are investigating this armed robbery, which occurred at the Kim Hang Jewelry Store around 2 PM on Friday. Reports indicate that multiple suspects played a role, with at least one reportedly carrying a firearm. As of Sunday morning, no arrests had been made, and the investigation remains ongoing.

The footage shows an alarming scene: around 16 individuals, some wielding hammers, breaking into display cases while employees looked on in shock. Unfortunately, one employee was forcefully pushed to the ground during the chaos. A poster on social media lamented the attack on his 88-year-old uncle, who suffered injuries from broken glass. The poster expressed frustration and noted that local leaders need to address rising crime rates in the area.

The mayor of San Jose, Matt Mahan, shared his reaction online, denouncing the violence and insisting that those responsible need to face severe consequences. While the police are actively following leads, they encourage anyone with information to reach out to the robbery unit.

As this incident continues to develop, the community is left grappling with concerns about safety and crime, hoping for swift justice for those affected.
