Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan Allegedly Misled ICE Agents
Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan appeared in surveillance video from courthouses in Wisconsin.
In April, the FBI arrested Dugan after she was accused of helping a 30-year-old named Eiliard Flores Lewis evade arrest by ICE agents by intentionally misguiding them.
Lewis has a history of violent crimes, including charges for strangulation, choking, battery, domestic abuse, and illegally crossing the US-Mexico border twice, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
Earlier this month, Dugan was indicted by a grand jury and pleaded not guilty to allegations of obstructing justice.
Wisn 12 News obtained surveillance footage that supposedly records Dugan inadvertently directing ICE agents while being aware that illegal immigrants were in another part of the building.
Dugan has recently appointed former President George W. Bush’s attorney, Paul Clement, to her defense team, which also includes Steve Biskupic, a former US attorney and Bush appointee.
