A disturbing video has been released of global tennis star Novak Djokovic collapsing in pain after a fan apparently accidentally dropped a metal water bottle on his head after his victory at the Italian Open on Friday.
Djokovic was signing autographs for fans outside the Foro Italico tunnel in Rome, Italy, when a hard metal water bottle slipped from the fan’s bag and appeared to hit him in the head.
