Now that’s an interesting way to kick off a relationship!
Viktor Hovland from Norway recently went public about his relationship with Tuva Dahl Jensen at the Par 3 Contest, held the day before the Masters Tournament.
Jensen, a 27-year-old schoolteacher, caddied for Hovland at the Augusta National Golf Club, and they shared a kiss at the end of the event.
The pair seemed to really enjoy their time together, capturing sweet moments filled with hugs and smiles in various snapshots throughout the day.
Hovland and Jensen also took a group photo on the fifth hole with Team Europe teammate Ludvig Aberg and his girlfriend Olivia Peet, as well as Catherine Fitzpatrick, who is married to British golfer Matt Fitzpatrick.
Jensen, hailing from Hovland’s hometown of Fredrikstad, Norway, reportedly teaches at the Children’s International School in Moss, close to Oslo.
She is the daughter of well-known revue star Atl Jensen and Janet Dahl Jensen.
Despite being relatively private about his personal life, Hovland has playfully joked about being single in the past.
He notably made headlines during the 2023 Ryder Cup when he took a photo with the wives of his Team Europe colleagues after their win in Rome.
Hovland later recreated a similar photo with his teammates and their wives following Team Europe’s victory at Bethpage Black last year.
As Hovland heads into the 2026 Masters, he is currently ranked 22nd in the world.
At 28 years old, Hovland has achieved seven wins on the PGA Tour but is still searching for his first major title.
Interestingly, he was ranked 3rd in the world back in January 2022.
