A New Jersey man, Vincent Battilolo, is facing serious charges after allegedly killing two teenage girls. Battilolo, now 18, was charged with murder as an adult on June 26.

Authorities have revealed that Battilolo’s dashcam footage showed him driving a Jeep Compass to the area shortly before the collision. On June 26, he transitioned from juvenile to adult court where he faces two counts of first-degree murder. A representative for Niotis’ family, Brent Bramnick, expressed relief that the case had moved to adult court.
