“We understand that these problems extend beyond mere inconvenience. They represent a fundamental threat to our democracy,” he added.

Ballmer said his office plans to send a voting guide to all registered voters that provides date, time, location and information about candidates.

Last week, residents attended a town hall meeting to voice their frustration with USPS mail delivery issues.
