Virginia Parents Claim Adult Male Undocumented Student Who Came to US Under Biden Administration Assaulted Their Daughters

Assault Charges Filed Against High School Student

A high school student in Virginia, originally from another country, is facing nine assault charges. The 19-year-old, Israel Flores Ortiz, reportedly entered the U.S. in 2024 during the Biden administration and is accused of repeatedly molesting female students in school hallways.

Parents of around a dozen alleged victims have come forward, claiming that Flores Ortiz approached the girls while they were in school hallways, inappropriately touching them in a disturbing manner. Eyewitness accounts suggest these incidents went on for several months before authorities stepped in.

“This student is here illegally and has been charged with serious offenses,” said a reporter. “He was released under the administration’s policies after entering the country.” Family members revealed their discontent, expressing frustration towards Fairfax County Public Schools for not taking decisive action sooner.

Amid public outcry, a mother shared her experience, noting, “It wasn’t just basic groping—this was much worse. There’s a group of us, and we’re just furious about how this was allowed to happen.”

The suspect is currently detained, awaiting the legal process. Despite requests for bail from his public defender, the judge denied it on the grounds of public safety concerns. Immigration officials are also involved, seeking to detain him further given his immigration status.

With data showing around 11 million migrant encounters during the Biden years and estimates suggesting that nearly 6.7 million illegal immigrants remained in the U.S. from 2021 to 2023, this incident has prompted renewed discussions on immigration policy and local safety measures.

As the community reacts, many parents are pressing for accountability from school officials and law enforcement alike. The situation raises significant concerns about student safety and the effectiveness of existing policies.
