A Virginia woman has been arrested and charged in connection with a murder-for-hire plot, according to the Henry County Sheriff's Office.
The suspect, Genevieve McGee, 44, was allegedly captured by audio and video evidence in an elaborate plan for a commission murder, the sheriff's office said.
McGee is accused of meeting with a confidential source at his home in Ridgway, Virginia. The sources were acting on instructions from law enforcement and using recording devices to capture evidence.

She allegedly discussed payment arrangements and instructions for carrying out robberies and murders in detail.
McGee is charged with abetting murder and felony conspiracy.

McGee was taken into custody Wednesday by Henry County Sheriff's Office deputies and is being held at the Henry County Adult Detention Center without bail.
