WATCH: Lawmakers refuse to say how many genders there are when confronted on Capitol Hill

Washington -Representative refused to say how many gender he had when he faced a few days after President Donald Trump declared that there were only two men and women.

Former President Joe Biden has issued an order to support individual gender identity in federal documents, not to strictly define gender as binary. This included the fact that Americans could select “X” as a gender option for passport alongside men and women. In contrast, Trump's orders, which declare only two gender, reverses efforts to enable the use of gender different from the gender assigned at birth in documents such as a driver's license.

In the wake of Trump's order, Fox News Digital investigated the number of gender recognized as Capitol Hill, but most members of the parliament have refused to answer questions.

“I have one meeting, but this is the only thing I am worried about,” said D-Texas's Sylvia Garcia, when asked Fox for how many gender he had.
