Slotkin, who was elected to the House of Representatives in 2018, won Democratic primaries in battleground states earlier this year, setting the stage for the Senate general election, which will be key to next year's majority. Rogers served in the House of Representatives from 2001 to 2015, won the Republican primary in August, and has received support from former President Trump.
Mr. Slotkin leads Mr. Rogers by 3.7 points, with approval rating at 46.6% and Mr. Slotkin at 42.9%, according to a poll compiled by Hill/Decision Desk Headquarters.
