When you combine Joe Biden’s clearly evident cognitive decline with the worst decision-making taking place in the White House, you get a clear picture: Joe Biden is not really in charge.

More and more people are asking this question as the country hurtles toward what appears to be an impending disaster. Tucker Carlson is one of them.
In a recent interview, Tucker asked Tulsi Gabbard who she thought was manipulating Biden.
“Although Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are no longer in office, they continue to wield tremendous power to influence the decisions that are made,” Gabbard said.
“Does it answer the question on everyone’s mind, ‘Who runs the government?'” Tucker asked, adding, “Obviously not Joe Biden.”
“It’s not a leap of the imagination to know that’s true,” she said, referring to the continuing influence of Obama and Hillary. “If you look at the people in the Joe Biden administration, these are the people who were the right-hand men of the Obama administration and Hillary Clinton.”
“Hillary Clinton said herself the other day, ‘Oh yeah, I talk to the White House every day,'” Gabbard recalled.
“There is no shock or surprise in who is behind the policies coming out of what many say is the most radical and woke White House our country has ever seen. ”
Dave Rubin was impressed.
“Tulsi can really be a game changer,” he says.
She may get that chance, considering President Trump has already declared that he is considering her as a running mate.
