‘We Cannot Let Extremists Control Our Lives, Our Freedoms and Our Future’

Just two days after a Biden-Harris supporter attempted to assassinate former President Donald Trump, pop star Billie Eilish and her songwriter brother Finneas read from an apparent prepared script in which they slandered Trump and his tens of millions of supporters as dangerous and said, “We cannot let extremists control our lives, our freedoms and our future.”

“Your life depends on it,” Eilish said.

With their provocative new video in support of Kamala Harris, the celebrity siblings are the latest stars to try to change the media's tone in the wake of the assassination attempt on Trump, and they've also used inflammatory language that appears intended to provoke even more extreme reactions against the Republican presidential nominee.

“We cannot let extremists control our lives, our freedoms and our future,” Phineas said in a short video posted on Tuesday. “The only way we can stop them and their dangerous Project 2025 agenda is to vote and elect Kamala Harris.”

He makes no mention of the fact that President Trump does not support Project 2025 and has, in fact, publicly rejected it.

“Vote as if your life depends on it, because it does,” Eilish added.

Within minutes, a pro-Kamala X account, “KamalaHQ,” reposted the brothers' support in what appeared to be a coordinated messaging effort.

Billie Eilish and Finneas are the latest Hollywood celebrities to portray Trump as a dangerous person, just days after a Kamala Harris supporter tried to assassinate him at a golf club in West Palm Beach.

The suspected assassin, Ryan Wesley Routh, had a “Biden-Harris” sticker on his car.

Whoopi Goldberg told the ABC hosts on Tuesday, Breitbart News reported. View She believes political rhetoric that incites violence can only come from the Republican Party.

On his show Monday, ABC's Jimmy Kimmel mocked Trump's reaction to the second assassination attempt, downplaying the idea that an assassin might be inspired by Democrats' dire rhetoric about Trump being “the end of democracy.”
