Jesse Waters: Even Nick Saban admits it. The responsibility he has towards others. He's not focused on himself. He is focused on the future of the program, the players and their families who needed a firm commitment.

It takes a certain amount of humility, a certain amount of self-awareness, and the ability to look outside of yourself to step down at the right time so that the quality of your program is not sacrificed in the future.

That's what leadership looks like. And as we all know, ego can be expensive.Biden should listen to nick saban. He should listen to his heart, but we know that it is not quite there. He can no longer work. He pitched himself as a bridge to the next generation, but now he has become a burden. Joe doesn't like hard work. he loves the beach And while the entire country suffers, he clings to the glamor of the presidency.

The attention to detail is not there. He didn't know for a week that the Secretary of Defense was MIA. His days start later and later. Briefings that used to be held at 9am are now being held at 11am. The lid, which was held at 6 p.m., will now be held at 4 p.m.

There are days when Americans don't get to see a glimpse of their commander-in-chief. And we look around and wonder, is he doing the best he can? We didn't hire Biden to retire in the White House.
