Former Trump administration communications director Anthony Scaramucci said Thursday on MSNBC’s “Deadline” that he is trying to “divide the Republican Party” and make sure “these people either don’t vote or vote for Joe Biden.” Ta.
Scaramucci said: I’m going to do my job or my part in this. I certainly love what Liz Cheney is doing. I would like to hire Paul Ryan. Secretary Esper told the nation that while I may not like President Biden’s policies, in contrast to what Mr. Trump could do for the country, policies we disagree with will be addressed within three to four years. He says publicly that he can do it. So we had to get more people like that into the world. ”
He added, “I think the good news is, if you look at the Nikki Haley exit polls, a lot of people are saying they’ll never, ever vote for Donald Trump. You have to, you and I both know, if there was no crossover voting, you were doing this for a living, if there was no crossover from John McCain to George W. Bush. If he doesn’t get the vote, he can’t win the presidency. Hillary Clinton didn’t get that vote from Bernie Sanders, but Barack Obama did get that vote from Hillary Clinton. And we have to stop Donald Trump from getting that vote.”
Scaramucci added, “While Democrats are united in supporting democracy, we are dividing the Republican Party and making statements that these people will not vote or that they are there to support Joe Biden. “We must make sure that we vote for it,” he added. In defending democracy, they are patriots first and partisans last. ”
