Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) spoke on “Fox News Sunday” this week about President Joe Biden’s military strikes against dozens of strongholds in Iraq and Syria used by Iranian-backed militias. said he had only killed “some idiots”.
Graham said, “They have four refineries that are visible from space. Knock out one of them and they’ll stop this. Our American military is at risk. Iran. If your goal is to prevent it, you’ve failed miserably. If your goal is to protect American forces, you haven’t accomplished your goal. If you convince Iran that it doesn’t want a major war, , they believe you. “Oh, I don’t want to go to war with you.” They got the message that they’re not afraid of us. They were afraid of Trump. they are not afraid of us.
He added: “We need to change policy. People are not afraid of us. This idea of attacking hundreds of targets is not a problem. The only Iranians we have killed in Syria and Iraq are… He’s a fool who doesn’t know where to go.”
Graham added: “We gave them a week’s notice, so we hope that if the next attack happens, they will really damage Iran’s pockets and leadership. If we don’t, nothing will change,” he added.
