WH Chief of Staff Susie Wiles to be honored with 'Woman of Valor' award

Susie Wiles to Receive “Women of Valor” Award

The Independent Women’s Forum is holding its 19th annual awards gala this evening at the Waldorf Astoria in Washington, D.C., where White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles is being honored with the prestigious Barbara K. Olson “Women of Valor” award.

This event acknowledges exceptional women who have shown remarkable bravery and have made a significant impact on American public life.

Wiles, who has a wealth of experience as a political strategist and serves as President Donald Trump’s close advisor, is recognized for being the first female White House Chief of Staff and for her crucial role in implementing Trump’s administrative agenda.

“Susie Wiles is truly an inspiration. A powerhouse of getting work done. A force for making America’s future days bright. Wiles was instrumental in securing President Trump’s victory and continues to keep the administration laser-focused on delivering results. Her impact is enormous—even if she rarely seeks the credit—and that’s exactly why it’s so meaningful to honor her,” remarked Carrie Lukas, president of the nonprofit organization, Independent Women.

The award, named in memory of the late attorney and political commentator who died in the 9/11 attacks, is given annually to women who display extraordinary strength and leadership in challenging situations.

It’s deeply anchored in the Jewish tradition of Eshet Chayil, which honors female leaders who lead with purpose, integrity, and compassion, as noted by the Milwaukee Jewish Federation.

Wiles joins a distinguished group of previous recipients, including notable figures like Condoleezza Rice, Nikki Haley, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, and Maria Bartiromo.

The 2026 Awards Gala will also celebrate a diverse array of political leaders, policy experts, business professionals, and media innovators from across the nation for their contributions to national conversations.
