With summer fading, it’s time to embrace the new fall TV lineup.
Fans of Kaitlin Olson can look forward to High Possibility, while Dance with the Stars returns to ABC. Over on NBC, Bob’s Burgers is set to bring us fresh episodes starting Sunday, September 28th, promising another fun season of entertainment.
But what’s happening with the familiar faces from Chicago Fire, Chicago Med, Chicago PD, and the not-yet-existing Chicago Chef?
The first three shows will return soon. As for Chicago Chef, which explores both the personal and professional lives of chefs in the windy city, it’s still in the air… or at least I can’t confirm anything with NBC right now. I mean, given the success of Bear, you never know.

No, not tonight. NBC is dedicating three hours to American Talent from 8 PM to 11 PM ET to announce the winners of Season 20.
Have Chicago Fire, Med, and PD been renewed for the new season?
Yes! Back in May 2025, NBC confirmed the renewal for all three shows for the 2025-2026 season.
When will One Chicago return with new episodes?
Next week! The season premiere of Chicago Med, Chicago Fire, and Chicago PD will air on Wednesday, October 1st, from 8:00 to 11:00 PM ET.
