It’s been a significant stretch of time.
The last performance Oasis gave in New Jersey was back in December 2008, when Noel Gallagher noted they were “drilling into the Seoul Tour” at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, which is now known as the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion.
But, things are set to change this Labor Day weekend.
On Sunday, August 31st, Noel and Liam Gallagher will return to the Garden State for their first appearance in nearly 17 years.
This time, they’ll headline the MetLife Stadium, which has a capacity of 82,500, for two special nights. The second concert will take place on Monday, September 1st.
Tickets are currently available for both shows.
As of now, the lowest price for tickets to either concert stands at $274, and that’s before any fees kick in.
If you’re hoping for a better view, floor seats start at $523, also including various fees.
Prior to this two-night stint in New Jersey, Oasis had their first North American concert at Rogers Stadium in Toronto. They played 23 songs there, featuring hits like “Morning Glory,” “Super Sonic,” “Don’t Look Back in Anger,” “Champagne Supernova,” and, of course, “Wonderwall.”
According to a positive review in USA TODAY, “The Oasis sounded clear, but it still felt a bit ad-libbed. You often find yourself wondering what Gallagher will say next each time he approaches the microphone.” It’s a bit exciting, really.
If you’re eager to relive some of the best songs from the ’90s, and perhaps if you’re curious about any potential quarrels between Liam or Noel, well, you’ve definitely come to the right place.
Here’s what you should know about the “Oasis Live Inn ’25 Tour” at MetLife Stadium.
