Only 10,000 fans could hold us back from this tour.

Natalie Merchant has shared that she wrote the music and lyrics for “Dead Outlaw,” which is set for a premiere in November, coinciding with a 15-concert tour. This project is a collaboration with her long-time partner Eric Della Penna, recognized in Broadway for their work on “Dead Outlaw.”

The duo has plans for a trio of performances in New York. They’ll kick things off at Tarrytown Music Hall in Tarrytown on Sunday, November 2nd. Following that, they’ll perform at Hudson Hall on Saturday, November 15th, and conclude with a show at the New York Ethics and Culture Concert Hall on Monday, November 24th.

These intimate acoustic sessions will include “songs and stories,” as Merchant hinted in an Instagram post announcing the tour.

“Eric and I really enjoy these duo performances,” Merchant commented. “When it’s just the two of us, we can be quite spontaneous. After all these years, we have a strong rapport.”

While it’s unclear which songs will make the cut for these acoustic shows, Setlist FM mentions that she played 18 tracks during her July 2024 concert in Nashville, featuring the beloved ‘90s hit ‘Kind & Generous.’

If you’re keen on catching her live, tickets are available starting today.

As of now, the lowest ticket price available is $131, covering the cost for a vibrant seat.

Other concerts have tickets priced between $143 and $313. For more details, we have consolidated all the information regarding Natalie Merchant’s November 2025 tour below.

Natalie Merchant’s New Music

In 2023, Merchant released her first album in six years.

“Please Protect Your Courage” features ten tracks that showcase her growth as a vocalist. Her voice sounds deeper and more confident, carrying a sense of maturity.

If you’re a long-time fan, this album may come as a bit of a surprise, but with repeated listens, you might catch some playful tones that remind you why she is such a unique artist.

A standout track might be “Sister Tilly”—it surprised me with its rhythmic shifts, bringing a fresh vibe.

I also recommend “Hunting Wren”; it has an understated charm that’s impressive.

You can listen to the entire record, which runs for about 54 minutes.
