Philadelphia Eagles Set for an Exciting 2025 Season
Saquon Barkley is back in action, and so are the Eagles, ready to soar this season.
The Philadelphia Eagles will kick off their second consecutive Super Bowl journey at Lincoln Financial Field against Dak Prescott’s Dallas Cowboys on September 5. Following a lengthy offseason filled with discussions about the new Tush Push play, anticipation is high.
As the Eagles aptly put it on Instagram, this is “the best rivalry in football.”
After a dramatic opening week, Coach Sirianni’s squad has several crucial matches lined up at home, including games against Matthew Stafford’s Rams on September 21 and Jared Goff’s Lions on November 2.
However, the team may be missing several key players this year, including Darius Slay Jr., Josh Sweat, and even Brandon Graham, who recently retired. It’s going to be a different landscape.
“In a strong program, I’ve noticed that the players waiting for their chance are hungry. I’m really thrilled about some of these new faces stepping up to contribute,” said the 44-year-old coach, showcasing his optimism.
