Anyone who dares to speak out against radical left ideology has a big red target painted on their back. No one knows this better than Dr. Eisan Haim, who was indicted on four counts of violating HIPAA after revealing that Texas Children’s Hospital continued to secretly perform sex-reassignment surgeries on minors after Governor Greg Abbott and Attorney General Ken Paxton passed a law that deemed such procedures child abuse.
“In May 2023, Dr. Heim provided journalist Christopher Ruffo with documents showing that Texas Children’s Hospital had lied to the public about the existence of a transgender medical program, including documents in which patient names and identifying information had been redacted not only to protect against HIPAA violations, but of course to protect the privacy of minors,” the report states. Sara Gonzalez.
“The following month, just hours before Dr. Heim was scheduled to graduate from his surgical residency, he was informed by federal investigators from the Department of Health and Human Services that he was the target of a federal investigation by the Department of Justice.”
“Earlier this month, Heim was indicted on four felony counts of unauthorizedly obtaining patient names, treatment codes, and personal information about patients from Texas Children’s Hospital’s electronic systems. Federal investigators allege he did so under false pretenses and with the intent to maliciously injure the hospital, and if convicted, Dr. Heim could face up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.”
Dr. Heim joins Sarah today to tell us more about this story.
“We must do everything in our power to defeat these allegations. We intend to win, because if we don’t, the door to whistleblowers in medicine will be closed forever,” Dr. Heim said.
“It seems like the whole medical field has gone off the rails,” Sarah says.
“This really has to do with the censorship that’s been going on for the last few years. COVID-19 has completely transformed the medical world,” Dr. Heim explained. There used to be “evidence-based medicine” and “rigorous discussions in academic programs across the country.” “But since COVID-19, people have become programmed to follow ‘science’… which just means following ideology and following censorship.”
According to Dr. Heim, this sudden change in the medical field has led to a “pervasive transgender ideology.”
And now, doctors who have sworn to “do no harm” under the Hippocratic Oath are “doing nothing to confuse confused adolescents.” [and] “We treat prepubescent children with chemotherapy, hormones and radical surgery, sending them on a path to chase horizons they will never reach, turning them into lifelong chronic medical patients.”
“Doctors forgot that medicine is based on human dignity,” Heim said. “That morality is what has made American health care the best in the world. But when we forgot what human dignity is, we forgot that.”
