The White House is Welcoming New Arrivals
There’s a noticeable baby boom happening at the White House. Three women closely connected to the administration are expecting. This includes Usha Vance, the daughter of Vice President J.D. Vance, White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt, and Katie Miller, who is married to Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller.
Recently, Vance and his wife shared that they are looking forward to their fourth child due in July. Their existing children are Ewan, Vivec, and Mirabel. In a statement on social media, the Vance family expressed gratitude, saying, “Usha and the baby are doing well, and we all look forward to welcoming her in late July.”
They mentioned their appreciation for military doctors supporting families during this busy yet exciting time, along with their staff who help them balance public service and family life. Vance and his wife met while attending Yale Law School and tied the knot in 2014.
Turning to Caroline Leavitt, she and her husband Nick are also expecting their second child, which is set to arrive in May. Their first child, Nico, was born in July 2024. “My husband and I are excited to expand our family and can’t wait to see our son become a big brother,” Leavitt shared with Fox News Digital. She expressed her gratitude for motherhood, calling it “the closest thing to heaven on earth.”
Leavitt has shown appreciation for the supportive atmosphere fostered by President Trump and Chief of Staff Susie Wiles at the White House, highlighting the camaraderie among colleagues managing family life amid their responsibilities. “Almost all of my West Wing colleagues have babies and young children, so all of us really support each other,” she stated.
Katie Miller and Stephen Miller, who also have three children, celebrated the New Year with a social media post featuring Katie cradling her baby bump. Interestingly, Leavitt is noted as the first press secretary in history to be pregnant while serving in the role and plans to continue her duties.
The White House has not commented further on this lively development.
