White House releases medical report on VP Kamala Harris

The White House released a report from Vice President Kamala Harris' doctor on Saturday, declaring her to be in “excellent health.”

The report, previewed by a senior Harris campaign aide, comes as the 59-year-old Democratic candidate seeks to contrast herself with former President Trump, 79, who has not disclosed his health status in recent days. It was announced in

“Vice President Harris remains in good health,” wrote Army physician Dr. Joshua R. Simmons. “She has the physical and mental resilience necessary to successfully perform the duties of the President, including as Chief Executive, Head of State, and Commander-in-Chief.”
