Holiday has been in a relationship with Belichick since 2007 and serves as chairman of his Bill Belichick Foundation, but the former couple has yet to speak publicly about their breakup.
That being said, Chantel could decide to take on a similar role with the Patriots or immerse herself in the organization in a larger capacity.
