Obviously there is a whole subculture of people who want to live forever.
They want to solve aging. They want to reverse time, deceive God, and somehow become immortal on this earth. Brian Johnson This work, also known as “Don't Die”, is a remarkable example. Of course, that is irrational. That will not happen. And if it happens, you don't want to participate in it anyway.
For a long time, I thought the great explorers who sailed across the horizon would never have navigated if they were an atheist who did not believe in the world after death.
Well, they may not really want to live forever. Perhaps they just want to live as long as possible. I think it's reasonable. Is there anyone who doesn't want to live long and long?
Spiritual disability
I don't know, I don't know if they are so simple. They are spiritually confused, trapped in obsession, nervous and unhappy. What will happen to those who are obsessed with life extension?
I can't say for sure. I don't know everything about their life and how they reached today's position. However, it is not so difficult to perform general inference based on this movement and the current era.
Aside from concerns about inflation and housing market, many people live a very comfortable life in the United States. A much more comfortable life than our recent ancestors enjoyed.
I have a lot of time, my wallet has a lot of money, but in many cases there are no children to take care of. These are those who want to live forever. Without doubt, neurological obsession with life extension seems to be a personal habit of having a wealth of disposable income and no children.
Health monastery
They decide to become a health monastery instead of immersing them in adventures and travels, using all disposable income, and enjoying more wonderful things in their lives.
They vow to avoid everything that can be shortened on the earth. Everything that is delicious is an enemy. I hate anything fun. You must stop all activities that can shorten your life for a few minutes. It is not worth risking. They stick to the crazy schedule, mainly in exercise. Their sleep is monitored every night in a way that is comparable to the state -of -the -art ICU ability. Their passion is to maximize protection and to extend the life at any sacrifice.
It's terrible. So what does it mean? Why do you stick to living forever without children? Why do you want to stay on this earth for as long as possible as a human as possible, even if you know or loved.
Long and empty
Obviously a spiritual crisis is taking place. Lack of religion. I am not confident in the world after death. This is also one of the common features seen by those who have prolonged life. Few people seem to be very religious. Most people are atheist, or in a good idea. I think there are religious life extensions here and there. However, in general, God does not play that much in the life -extension movement.
It makes sense completely. If this is all, you will want to extend it as much as possible in an inhumanity, in some cases.
It goes well with the lack of children. Parents will be obsessed with living as long as possible. But that is not the case. If you have a child, the story will continue on this ground even after you are gone. By having them, you are doing something deep, something beyond you and your life.
It may sound strange at first, but parents are more prepared for death than those who have no children who are passionate about their lives.
For a long time, I thought the great explorers who sailed across the horizon would never have navigated if they were an atheist who did not believe in the world after death.
Theoretically, atheism is the only thing for you, so you can argue that it will lead to a greater effort in this life. But it doesn't seem to be the size. It seems clear that people will be facing inside and fearless if there is no religion to go beyond the world or if there is no child to grow up. They attach to any small fragments of their being. They try to live forever.
Well, I don't want to convey bad news, but you don't live forever.
information
You will die. I'm going to die. We all will die. We will be buried in the soil and sleep peacefully. What we can do is nothing to avoid fate.
You can try to eat decent food and limit the amount you drink. We can do our best not to commit suicide in a stupid accident. And we can strive to follow doctors' proposals so that we can live healthy as long as they are given on this earth. But we do not live forever.
The vibrant spirit of an obsessive -compulsive and nervous manifestation is one of the scooping fears after all. In fact, that is their greatest sin.
Life extension has nothing to do with a more vibrant life. The power to live is not demonstrated. It's like keeping the toys in the package, putting them on the high shelves, and thinking that they may make a little profit if they sell someday. Free preservation.
No matter what you say, it's not healthy. And the truth is death that makes sense to our lives. There is no dying art. Without the destiny to die, you cannot express the human heart well. Death makes life meaningful.
After all, everything comes to a simple question. If you're too scared to live now, what is the meaning of living forever?
