Whoopi Goldberg Comments on Biden’s Health

Whoopi Goldberg didn’t send a note to President Donald Trump regarding former President Joe Biden’s 2025 bingo card.

During this morning’s episode of The View, the hosts expressed their support for Biden and his family after he shared his recent prostate cancer diagnosis. When it was Goldberg’s turn to speak, she addressed a conspiracy theorist who suggested Biden had been concealing his health issue while in office.

“It’s worth noting that if you were questioning this when he was president, you probably didn’t realize he was going through treatment,” she stated. “This is something he dealt with, not something he hid from us. As Anna [Navarro] said, we’re aware of his challenges, and now we’re learning about this one too.”

The longtime moderator commended the outpouring of support and called for people to extend their well wishes. Recently, Donald Trump shared on a social media platform, “Melania and I are saddened to hear about Joe Biden’s recent medical diagnosis. We send our warmest wishes to Jill and the family, hoping for a swift recovery.”

Goldberg shared with her co-hosts that witnessing the love for Biden, even from his critics, was touching.

“I’m the one who observes those who surprise you. When you see your name recognized for something good, it’s like, really? Oh my gosh! You have a heart!” she continued. “It’s a reminder that we all share struggles; it brings some hope, knowing we aren’t alone in this.”

Other Republicans offering their support for Biden included House Speaker Mike Johnson, Marjorie Taylor Greene, and Senator Susan Collins.
